The training will consist of one to one sessions with tailored programs to meet your individual needs.
An assessment will take place every month to record your progress and nutritional advice will be given on a regular basis. Sessions last up to 1 hour and we will be working towards your goals with varied programs every session to keep you on your toes. The sessions can be conducted at a fully equipped gym or in the comfort of your own home. All sessions will be conducted by Lauren Forsyth. Lauren has a wealth of experience in the UK and UAE, and is a highly qualified, driven individual.

Deep Tissue Sports Massage Therapy
With Lauren Forsyth's highly experienced and qualified techniques, sports massage therapy will help you to alleviate the stress and tension, which builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. Minor injuries may occur, due to overexertion and/or over use, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
Lauren will help to drain away fatigue, increase blood circulation and lymph flow, reducing muscle tension, improving flexibility, and relieving pain/injuries.
The massage sessions will be 30 or 60 minutes in duration and can take place in the comfort of your own home, or in a selected, suitable location of your choice.
Group training is a great way of complementing either a one to one session or your existing exercise routine.
In the groups sessions you the whole body will be exercised, with a variety of training styles. Specific muscle groups may be targeted during the sessions.
The session would consist of 1-hour circuit training either indoors or outdoors, sessions might also include running, boxing or other fun ways to reach your goals.
